Terms of service
Plain-language terms for using cancelshut.
The service
cancelshut provides hosted cancellation pages, retention offers, and analytics for Stripe subscriptions. You remain responsible for your customers and your pricing.
Your Stripe account
You authorise cancelshut to apply coupons, pauses and cancellations on your subscriptions when a customer accepts or declines an offer.
Fair use
Do not use the service to mislead customers or to make cancelling unreasonably difficult. We may suspend workspaces that do.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes apply at the next billing date.
