Privacy policy
This page explains what cancelshut stores and why. It is written to be read, not skimmed.
What we store
Account details (name, email), workspace settings, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, cancellation reasons and feedback typed by your customers, and the outcome of each session.
What we never store
Card numbers or any payment credentials. Stripe holds those. We only store API keys you provide, and we use them exclusively to read and update subscriptions.
Who can see the data
Only members of the workspace the data belongs to. Data is isolated per workspace at the database level.
Deletion
You can delete a workspace at any time from Settings. All related sessions, offers and events are removed.
